Born in Toulouse in 1980, Julien Lombardo started playing the piano at the age of 6.
His meeting with his teacher Jean-Claude Oleon in Bastia revealed soon his passion for classical music and the instrument.
Julien then studied at the Conservatory of Marseille in the class of Erik Berchot and practice with interest Chamber Music.
He regularly participates in international competition for Oustanding amateurs where he was a semi-finalist in Paris in 2005, then winner of the 2011 Piano Bridges competition in Saint-Petersburg (4th price).
Along with his piano studies, Julien is graduated from "Ecole Centrale Marseille" and the IAE Aix Graduate School of Management.
He is currently IT Project Manager within Moët Hennessy in Paris.
He is also part of the committee of the Association "Les Amateurs Virtuoses !" as treasurer and actively helps to organize the festival.
