
Gregory Adams
Gregory Adams career as an Award-winning Chef with multiple restaurants, entrepreneur, advocate for organic and biodynamic agriculture, and currently facilitator at Denver University's Ollie program, has always been in a balance with his love for the piano and great music from the previous 10 centuries. This fall Gregory teaches a class on the interplay of music and culture from 1100 AD to the present day. First prize winner at the Concours des Grandes Amateurs in Paris in the early 2000’s, Gregory's performance of Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a theme by Paganini with the Orchestra of the Republican Guard was met with much acclaim. Performing occasionally, Gregory's love for music and family, includes a small piano studio in the mountains of Colorado.
