Claire Meissner Bernard

Claire Meissner-Bernard began her musical education with the baroque transverse flute and the recorder, which she played for about ten years. In parallel, she started playing the piano at the age of 12. She won among others a 2nd prize at the Ile de France International Piano Competition in 2018 (Amateur pianist category), and a 1st prize at the Piano Bridges International Competition for Amateur Pianists in 2020. She shares her passion for music via performances and more recently via her YouTube channel. Claire holds a PhD in neurosciences and since 2018, she is a post-doctoral fellow in Basel at the Friedrich Miescher Institute for biomedical research.
